Free user will have access to some minigames. The Premium user will have unlimited access to all minigames.

What are the necessary steps to create a free account?

1) Click on Play or Enter.
2) Click on "I'm still not a member" and sign up by inputting your name, your username and your password.
3) Mark the "I accep the terms of use" option (X).
4) Click on register and wait for the game to load.
5) Choose your avatar, and then you'll be ready to have fun with the Young Patrol.

Is Young Patrol safe?

Yes, the YOUNG PATROL, children can make new friends, send messages and chat with their new virtual pals in an entirely safe environment. Our chat system enable the users to communicate through preset messages and fun emoticons. We aim to provide your child with a fun and, above all, safe experience in our social network.

How do I obtain E-DOLLARS (Silver coins)? What are they for?

You can earn silver coins by playing the minigames. Each game, according to its difficulty level, rewards our AGENTS OF GOOD (kids) with points that, in the end, are converted into E-Dollars. The silver coins are used in order to buy clothes and accessories. Some of those items are available exclusively for premium users.

What security measures must the children adopt?

It's important that the parents share with their children the following recommendations: Never share personal details; never share your password with anybody, because another person might use your account in inappropriate ways while under your username. Choose a name for your AGENT OF GOOD that does not reflect your real identity and that cannot be misconstrued into something inappropriate.

How do I change my password?

Changing your passowrd is really simple. Just click on "Forgot your Password?" and type in the e-mail used for registration. Done, you'll receive an e-mail with the link to register a new password.

How do I activate my subscription?

In order to correctly activate your subscription, it's necessary to go through the entire purchase process. This may depend on the chosen payment method. For purchases made with a Credit Card, you can expect your payment to be confirmed in up to 3 business days. [Boleto Bancário???]

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

How do I cancel my subscription?

We'll be really sad if you decide to leave, but if you wish to cancel your subscription, send us an e-mail saying you want to cancel your subscription and we'll cancel it for you.
